“Good day to you all!
Let me begin by thanking the Almighty Allah for inspiring this groundbreaking project. In an era where misinformation and disinformation are rampant, where fake news and poorly curated content has plagued the society with no regard for social status or profession, we are launching “Kwara Express” today as a beacon of truth and reliability in the media landscape.
Of course, some have have raised concerns about the name “Kwara Express,” citing its similarity to the defunct transportation agency in Kwara State or the perception that the name “Kwara” may limit the reach of the media outlet. However, we believe that the name carries a positive association in the minds of Kwarans, which will ease our efforts in branding and promotion.
If someone in Lagos can trust New York Times and someone in Abuja can read BBC, Kwara Express can certainly become a household name around the globe in the near future. Both of these media outlets are widely recognized and respected globally, which is exactly what we hope to achieve with Kwara Express. Our dedication to factual reporting, engaging storytelling, and responsible journalism will set us apart and establish us as a leading voice in the media landscape.
Furthermore, we envision Kwara Express as a global media outlet that will put Kwara State on the map and provide reliable, high-quality content for audiences around the world. Our goal is to become a household name, a source of reliable information that people from all over the world can trust. We understand that this is a lofty ambition, but with hard work, dedication, and a commitment to ethical journalism, we believe we can make Kwara Express a media powerhouse that resonates with audiences everywhere.
This venture is not just about building a media empire, but also about serving the greater good. By combating misinformation and promoting authentic stories, we can make a positive impact on society and empower individuals with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.
