Former Real Madrid defender Vinicius Tobias has been left heartbroken after a DNA test revealed he is not the biological father of his girlfriend’s child. The 20-year-old Brazilian, currently playing for Shakhtar Donetsk, had the name “Maite” tattooed on his arm to celebrate the birth of his girlfriend Ingrid Lima’s daughter on October 8.
However, Ingrid recently took to social media to reveal that their relationship had been on and off around the time Maite was conceived. She confirmed that a DNA test showed Vinicius is not the father of the child. In a heartfelt post, Ingrid wrote, “Vinicius and I haven’t been together for a while. During that time, I was in a relationship with someone, and so was he. We both moved on with our lives. In the meantime, Maite came along. We decided to do a DNA test, and Maite is not Vinicius’ daughter.”
