Hon. Muktar Tolani Shagaya has officially commissioned a series of vital constituency projects designed to enhance educational and community infrastructure across Ilorin West/Asa Federal Constituency. The lively commissioning ceremony, held at Alore Primary School, was attended by notable figures including the Ajanasi Agba of Ilorin, Sheikh (Dr.) Yusuf Mujtabah Bature, Imam Bature, Baba Olosasa, Baba Adefalu, and several community leaders.
The projects were met with widespread excitement and appreciation from local stakeholders, who offered prayers and praise for Shagaya’s dedication to the development of the constituency.
In his address, Shagaya outlined the completed projects:
– Renovation of a Block of Two Classrooms with Offices and Furniture at Oke Ebo, Pakata LGEA Primary School.
– Provision of Solar-Powered Borehole and Overhead Tank with VIP Toilets at Apalara Adeta LGEA Primary School.
– Construction of a Block of Six Classrooms with Furniture at Alore Junior Secondary School.
– Renovation of a Block of Two Classrooms with Offices and Furniture at Gerewu Community LGEA Primary School.
– Provision of Solar-Powered Borehole and Overhead Tank with VIP Toilets at Asa LGEA Primary School, Afon.
– Renovation of a Block of Two Classrooms with Furniture at Gaa Odota LGEA Primary School.
– Construction of a Block of Two Classrooms with Furniture at Alore LGEA Primary School.
– Renovation of a Block of Two Classrooms with Offices and Furniture at Bakase LGEA Primary School.
“These projects are aimed at transforming our schools and community facilities, and I am thrilled by the positive response they’ve received,” Shagaya said. “We are committed to driving more developmental initiatives that will benefit everyone in the constituency.”
