Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Monday hosted delegates from The City UK (TCUK) and the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO) at Lagos House, Marina.
The delegation, led by Anna Rogers, Director of International Development, also included representatives from the Lagos International Financial Centre (LIFC) led by Aig-Imoukhuede.
Announcing the visit on his official X account, Sanwo-Olu wrote: *“Today, I received delegates from City UK (TCUK)/FCDO led by Anna Rogers and the LIFC team led by Mr. Aig-Imoukhuede on a courtesy visit.”*
In a related development, the governor welcomed a team from CNN International to his office. The delegation was led by Phil Nelson, Executive Vice President of CNN International (Commercial).
Sharing details of their meeting, Sanwo-Olu stated: *“I received the Executive Vice President of CNN International (Commercial), Mr. Phil Nelson, on a courtesy visit to Lagos House, Marina. Our discussion focused on potential collaborations to showcase Lagos on the global stage, particularly in tourism, infrastructure development, and the overall growth of the city.”*
