Popular Yoruba actress Bisola Badmus has publicly called out renowned Fuji musician King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, better known as Kwam 1, for allegedly neglecting their son, Malik. Badmus revealed that although Kwam 1 initially accepted Malik as his son, his attitude changed abruptly, leaving her to shoulder the responsibilities alone.
During an episode of the “Talk to B” podcast with fellow actress Biola Adebayo, Badmus opened up about her past relationship with Kwam 1 and the challenges she has faced as a single mother. “From the beginning, he accepted the boy as his son, but then he suddenly changed. I just want him to take responsibility for his son,” she stated.
Badmus also discussed her health struggles, sharing that she has been battling encephalopathy, a brain disease that affects mental function. She mentioned that Kwam 1’s support was short-lived when he learned about her condition. “He didn’t know about my condition earlier because I didn’t tell him. When he knew, he tried his best for a while but stopped at some point,” she added.
