Preparations are in top gear as the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) sets the stage for its 65th Annual General Meeting and Conference, scheduled to take place from June 18th to 19th, 2025 at the Banquet Hall, Ilorin, Kwara State.
Themed “NACCIMA Harmony 2025,” the high-profile event will bring together business leaders, policymakers, government representatives, and entrepreneurs from across the country to deliberate on critical issues affecting Nigeria’s economy, commerce, and private sector development.
The event will feature the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, as the Special Guest of Honour. The Chief Host is His Excellency AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, the Executive Governor of Kwara State.
While the core meeting days are June 18 and 19, the program spans an entire week beginning on Monday, June 16, with arrivals and exhibitions. On Tuesday, June 17, delegates will engage in a golf tournament, company visits, and a welcome dinner hosted by NACCIMA.
The official meeting kicks off on Wednesday, June 18 with an Exco meeting, a visit to the Kwara State Governor, and a courtesy call to the Emir of Ilorin. The day will also feature the Council Meeting, AGM, and a Cultural Night, running from 9 am to 10 pm.
Thursday, June 19 is earmarked for the Annual Conference, Investiture Dinner, and other high-level engagements from 10 am to 10 pm. Friday, June 20 will host a retreat for newly elected officials, a Juma’at prayer, and NACCIMA Exco sessions.
Saturday, June 21 includes the conclusion of the retreat, closing activities, and delegate departures, while Sunday, June 22 wraps up the event with thanksgiving and final departures.
