The Kwara State Government, under the Administration of Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, CON, is set to host the inaugural Kwara SDGs convention through the Office of the Senior Special Assistant on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Hon. Mariam Nnafatima Imam. The event, which is themed Harnessing Today’s Opportunities for a Sustainable Future will take place on August 22nd, 2024, at E-phoenix Annex 2, Reservation Road, flower Garden, Ilorin.
The event aims to mobilize Civil Servants, Stakeholders, and Experts to explore innovative solutions and strategies for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Kwara State.
The convention will bring together expertise in the Academics, Private Sectors, ICT, Agribusinesses, Public Sector, and other related areas of endeavour, to interface with Civil Servants on how to sustain their present livelihood towards preparing ahead of retirement.
It will also feature insightful discussions, Capacity-Building sessions, and Networking Opportunities, all designed to enhance stakeholders’ expertise and foster collaborative partnerships solidifying Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq’s commitment to sustainable development in the State.
