A Nigerian woman who has relocated abroad has used her social media page to discuss her ordeal about certain things she felt only peculiar to Nigeria but later found out it rains everywhere.
She put:
“With all my experience in traveling abroad, I can boldly tell you that there’s ghetto and bad roads in every foreign country. The only good thing about them is they have mastered how to speak good about their country and they’ve got beautiful aesthetics.
Whatever you see in Nigeria is also abroad. Many countries are far more developed than Nigeria but there’s still bad things about them that you and I do not know until you go there.
Are you aware there are so many petty thieves in France? The same way we have thieves in Oshodi and mushin that will obtain your bags or phones or purse, na so e Dey for foreign countries.
Dubai is very beautiful and heaven on earth but enter their gold market and you’ll see roads like the Balogun market.
Dubai doesn’t give anyone citizenship.
They have strict laws that are so harsh
Their jobs are so rigorous and hard ehn
Have you seen the accommodation where people working lives? You’ll think they’re in a prison. One small cubicle, they’ll rent it to 10 people.
Dubai is so good for tourism but not a place to work. If you’re looking for a husband in Dubai, you go old before you find one.
Or is it the Netherlands that’s so beautiful yet they have accommodation issues.
Germany nko? Their racism can make you run cray cray.
And mind you, not all foreign countries are nice to black skinned people.
In conclusion, learn to speak well about your country, learn to promote good news about your states, and learn to paint Nigeria as the best. That’s what other countries do.
Dubai will paint their city as heaven but enter there nah and you’ll see. Ordinary bahd news about their country they’ll never allow you to post it.
China nko? Those ones don’t even allow you to use social media so how do you talk about them?
Again, the secret is, learn to talk about Nigeria in good faith.
