Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has extended heartfelt congratulations to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu following the overwhelming vote of confidence passed by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Progressive Governors Forum.
In a statement released on his official facebook page on Thursday, Governor Sanwo-Olu described the unanimous endorsement of President Tinubu’s second term by APC governors, National Assembly members, and party leadership—just two years into his first term—as a clear testament to the president’s impactful leadership and transformative governance.
“Mr. President, your administration has rekindled hope in millions of Nigerian families. Through your vision and reforms, you are laying the foundation for a country where our youths can fulfil their dreams, talents can thrive, and businesses can flourish,” Sanwo-Olu stated.
He commended President Tinubu for restoring investor confidence through far-reaching, business-friendly policies that have steered the economy on a positive course, and for unmatched achievements in infrastructure and urban renewal across the country.
According to the governor, President Tinubu’s strides in education, agriculture, technology, and security over the last two years reflect a government committed to progress and national prosperity.
“Congratulations, Mr. President,” Sanwo-Olu concluded, lauding the leadership that has inspired unity and confidence within the ruling party and across the nation.
