Senator Saliu Mustapha, representing Kwara Central, has been lauded for his commitment to community development, following his recent support of the 4th Ilorin Fitness Festival. The Senator, who also holds the title of Turaki of Ilorin, donated one million naira towards the upcoming event, underscoring his dedication to grassroots initiatives and the health of his constituents.
The contribution was confirmed by Akorede Kehinde Monsuru, the event’s convener and CEO of Exercise is Medicine. Monsuru, an IOC/NOC-certified fitness trainer, expressed gratitude for the Senator’s backing, emphasizing its importance in promoting a healthier lifestyle in Kwara State. “We appreciate Senator Mustapha’s generosity,” Monsuru stated. “This support will significantly aid us in achieving the festival’s objectives.”
