In a statement issued in Ilorin today, the Federal Lawmaker representing Ilorin West/Asa Constituency, Honourable Muktar Tolani Shagaya has congratulated the All Progressives Congress (APC) on the successful outcome of the Local Government Elections across Kwara State. He commended the elected Chairmen of the 16 Local Government Areas and Councilors in the 193 Wards, noting that the “all cleared” results underscore the strong support and trust Kwarans have in the APC.
Shagaya also praised the leadership of Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, acknowledging the governor’s role in ensuring a smooth and transparent election process. He attributed the success of the APC in the elections to the governor’s dedication to democratic principles and good governance.
