Although I initially held reservations about the formation of IEYDA, the association’s growth and achievements have since convinced me of its potential to create lasting change in our community. With your leadership, I believe IEYDA can become a powerful force for positive transformation.
Throughout history, associations like IEYDA have played pivotal roles in fostering growth and empowering communities. By prioritizing human capacity development, such organizations empower individuals and uplift entire societies.
IEYDA has already established a strong legacy, recognized by the royal family and Emirate elites. It’s crucial for your administration to build on this foundation, reinforcing its impact by prioritizing sustainable human capital development and implementing strategies that will drive progress.
While the association has gained notable recognition, it must work to truly represent the diverse interests and aspirations of all Ilorin Emirate youths. I urge you to make IEYDA an inclusive platform for all, one that sheds any narrow perceptions and becomes a unifying voice for youth across the Emirate.
As a seasoned leader, you’re uniquely positioned to lead IEYDA toward impactful youth development. Remember, youth is a fleeting season; your role is to ensure IEYDA stands strong for generations to come.
